Perhaps one of the smartest moves Trump’s made as POTUS has been picking Bill Barr as attorney general.

The man has stood up for justice again and again. He has stared down corruption in D.C. and hasn’t blinked.

Even as chaos rages (thanks to leftists), he continues to uphold the high standards of the DOJ.

As he was driving through Virginia, he ordered his car turned around, just so he could do this:

Attorney General William Barr directed his federal protective detail on Thursday evening to make a u-turn so he could get out and thank pro-police demonstrators that were waving flags at an intersection…

Barr met with the Virginia residents, just so he could thank them for their support of law enforcement.

The demonstrators appeared excited to meet the attorney general. Some praised him for his recent appearance during the House Judiciary Committee hearing.

In recent months, the media and Democrats have mounted an anti-police campaign across the country.

Radical activists have rioted and protested against the police. Democrats in cities across America have embraced defunding police departments, even as crime surges.

They have pushed this movement, even as polls reveal the vast majority of Americans don’t want cops defunded. In fact, most Americans (including black Americans) want an increase in police presence in their communities.

Democrats have ignored this obvious fact to apparently encourage lawlessness nationwide. They even complained when Donald Trump sent federal law enforcement to end violence.

This group appears to represent a large majority of Americans. The fact that Bill Barr stopped to greet them is a strong sign that his agency will continue to defend the country from anarchists and lawbreakers.

Many Americans look forward to Barr’s investigation into Obamagate. Results from the criminal investigation might come out before Labor Day according to the latest reports.

Key Takeaways:

  • Attorney General Bill Barr turned around his protective detail to greet a group of demonstrators.
  • The Virginia group was showing support for police officers, carrying signs and cheering the AG.
  • As Democrats push for the defunding of police, polls reveal most Americans are against it.

Democrats might be spending too much time looking at their own polls.

If they really think the election is in the bag, they’re in for a rude awakening this November.

An election doesn’t come down to phone calls or texts. It’s about grassroots momentum, going door-to-door to inspire new voters.

And Trump’s team is miles ahead of Biden’s:

Donald Trump’s campaign says it knocked on over 1 million doors in the past week alone.

Joe Biden’s campaign says it knocked on zero…

Biden and the Democratic National Committee aren’t sending volunteers or staffers to talk with voters at home, and don’t anticipate doing anything more than dropping off literature unless the crisis abates.

In just one week, Trump’s campaign reached one million Americans by going door-to-door.

Joe Biden’s team? Zero.

Biden’s campaign shrugged off the shocking lack of outreach by saying they are switching to online outreach.

Citing the virus, they appear to not want to go to where the people are, to secure their support.

I have some bad news for them. Trump’s campaign is just as aggressive online as they are. Perhaps even more so.

Plus, they are going door-to-door to make sure no one is left behind.

Does anyone believe that Biden’s campaign is really sitting out over COVID concerns?

Don’t these people have masks and hand sanitizer? Shouldn’t they be doing everything in their power to secure the election?

Oh, I see. They think that because liberal-leaning polls say Biden will win, they don’t have to do much work?

Hillary seemed to have the same opinion. Ask her how it worked out for her.

This is consistent with Joe’s overall strategy of hiding in his basement. He thinks he can become president by avoiding the public, refusing to talk, insulting black folks, and not holding events.

Why should his campaign put in any effort to win new supporters?

Key Takeaways:

  • Trump’s campaign reached 1 million Americans going door-to-door in one week.
  • Joe Biden’s campaign has not done door-to-door outreach, citing the pandemic.
  • Biden’s camp is banking on online and texting to motivate voters.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) hit back at Nancy Pelosi’s scandalous comments about President Trump yesterday.
“She’s blaming the president of the United States for people dying because of the way he’s led the country,” Graham said before dropping the hammer.
“That’s the most shameful, disgusting statement by any politician in modern history.”
Pelosi earlier has tried to blame Trump and seemed to accuse him of contributing to the death toll by delaying action. From The Hill:
“His denial at the beginning was deadly. His delaying of getting equipment … to where it is needed is deadly,” Pelosi said, stressing that social distancing requirements should remain intact as states attempt to slow the rapid spread of the disease.
The U.S. had confirmed more than 125,000 cases of the novel coronavirus as of Sunday afternoon, according to a Johns Hopkins University database, the most worldwide. The disease has so far accounted for more than 2,000 deaths.
Asked for her thoughts on the Trump administration’s consideration of relaxing social distancing requirements in certain parts of the U.S., Pelosi emphasized that the nation should be “taking every precaution.”
“As the president fiddles, people are dying. We just have to take every precaution,” she said.
Graham accused Pelosi of being the “the first politician to blame another politician for people dying,” claiming that the pandemic had brought out the “best of America from our citizens.”
He also slammed Pelosi and other Democratic lawmakers over the goals they laid out for the mammoth stimulus package Congress approved last week.
“This is the same Speaker of the House who held up the bill in the Senate for days because she wanted same-day voting. She wanted carbon neutrality for the airlines,” Graham said. “She is the one that held up the package in the Senate for days. … So it’s the most shameful, disgusting thing I have heard yet, and it needs to stop.”
“The Speaker is focused on defeating this virus and getting the job done for the American people,” Drew Hammill, Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff, told The Hill. “Facts and science must guide our efforts to confront this pandemic – not blind political allegiance to the President.”

The Democrats just suffered a major setback in the Supreme Court that is good news for President Trump.
The nation’s highest court just agreed to take up the challenge to Obamacare’s individual mandate but will not do so in the expedited manned Pelosi and the House Democrats demanded.
Instead, they will hear the case in the October term meaning any decision will come after the 2020 election.
The Democrats wanted to make this a big campaign issue and were probably secretly hoping the court would rule against them throwing the health care market into chaos right before the election as health care is a winning message for them. (See 2018 midterms.)
Look, Mitch McConnell and other GOP leaders are doing Trump no favors with how they have handled Obamacare.
The facts are not complicated – some of Obamacare provisions like protecting pre-existing conditions and not overcharging middle-aged people before they are eligible for Medicare should stay as Trump has said.
Bit Obamacare did nothing to stop the rising cost of healthcare – those costs far outpace inflation – and that is the reason the system teeters on the edge.
We will need to come together to solve the pricing issue and thankfully the Supreme Court will not allow the Dems to politicize this issue in 20202.
From NBC:
The Supreme Court said Monday that it will take up a legal challenge to Obamacare, agreeing to hear the case in its new term that begins in October. That means the program will continue for at least another year.
It also means the justices won’t be handing down a ruling on the contentious issue of health care this June, just as the presidential campaign heats up. That may be good news for Republicans, who would prefer to avoid the issue in an election year.
A federal appeals court ruled in December that the individual mandate in Obamacare, officially known as the Affordable Care Act, is unconstitutional. But it sent the case back to the trial judge for another look at whether the entire law is invalid or some parts can survive.
The U.S. House of Representatives, controlled by Democrats, and a group of blue states urged the Supreme Court in January to take the case and issue a decision promptly, in its current term, instead of leaving the fate of the law in limbo.
“That uncertainty threatens adverse consequences for our nation’s health care system, including for patients, doctors, insurers, and state and local governments,” they told the court.
But the justices rejected the invitation for expedited scheduling, agreeing instead to follow the normal rules.

The Supreme Court slipped up, but Trump is already executing ‘Plan B.’
Yesterday, the Supreme Court blocked Trump’s citizenship question on the census – but Donald’s not giving up.
In a narrow 5-4 decision, the Court said the reason for adding the question was “insufficient.” Sure… Well, at least it only means it is going back to the lower courts for Trump to give a better explanation.
But there’s one big problem: time. This is going to take a while, but 2020 is right around the corner.

Trump isn’t happy about this, so he’s bringing in his lawyers to make sure he get what he’s demanding.
From Fox News:
In a fiery Twitter response to the narrow ruling, Trump said it ‘seems totally ridiculous’ for the government not to ask such a ‘basic question.'”
“I have asked the lawyers if they can delay the Census, no matter how long…”
Democrats didn’t see that tactic coming. Can’t get it done in time for the 2020 Census? Then maybe we don’t have a 2020 Census until it can be done right.
And here’s a really promising piece from the Supreme Court’s ruling:
The majority concluded that the executive branch can decide what goes into the census.  So it’s certainly within Trump’s power, now he just has to get it done quickly.
And some who believe that if Trump wants to exercise his full presidential power, he can absolutely get that citizenship question approved.
But Trump is a smart man, and doesn’t want to push the limits of his power and open himself up to attack from the Left.
But no matter what happens, he’s going to need his lawyers to come through here.
Because I don’t think the census should count border jumpers the same as everyone else – do you?
SHARE if you think the census should ask if you’re a legal citizen!
